Request for Proposals for General Investment Consulting Services

The Office of the Treasurer of the State of Connecticut, with a combined investment portfolio of $29 billion in the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds, requests proposals from qualified firms interested in providing general investment consulting services, including but not limited to: 1) traditional general investment consulting services; 2) risk management and compliance functions; and 3) oversight of the investment portfolio for the Connecticut Higher Education Trust ("CHET") 529 program.

The deadline for submissions is 12:00 PM on Friday, July 1, 2016, at the Office of the State Treasurer, 55 Elm Street-6th Floor, Hartford, CT 06106, Attention: Linda Tudan, Pension Funds Management.
